Road to Neutral Posture, Power of Performance, and Supreme Wellness, one step at a time.

What I do is help people to increase accurate perception, memory, straighten their bodies, and come into neutral posture, through my Present Moment Program.
This has many benefits, summed up by these terms: Power of Performance, and Supreme Wellness.
 
Concepts. Awareness, Alignment, Balance, and Movement, leading to Power of Performance, Supreme Wellness.

Present Moment Program: Posture Assessment, Posture Photos, Gait Analysis, Movement Analysis, Healing Light Kata instruction, Focused Massage Therapy (optional).

Progress is measured by baseline comparison through photos and video of each session, using the plumb line photos as a baseline comparison, and also to see movement documented through the videos of each session. In addition, you can learn the Healing Light Kata much faster by being able to see the videos of each session.

The Healing Light Kata is a form that I have developed over many years of dedicated work. Kata means form in the Japanese language. Healing Light means the light and healing power of the sun.

It is a fusion of yoga, Supreme Ultimate Fist, and posture exercises that I have invented, refined and polished into a diamond state over many years. Supreme Ultimate Fist is also known as T’ai Chi Ch’uan.

The Healing Light Kata is designed to bring a person into neutral posture and awareness of the gravity line, for optimal efficiency in balance, alignment, movement, all functions of performance, wellness, and especially to increase accurate perception and memory, in line with the Present Moment Program goals.

The Focused Massage Therapy is recommended, and it will help you to progress much faster, than without it.

There are 3 Tracks. Track 1 documents each session with photos and video. You will have your own private, password-protected page on my website to view the photos and videos of your sessions.

Track 1. This is the best track. It costs twice as much as Track 2 because it takes me at least twice as long to work with the photos, videos, write up your analysis, create and maintain your private password-protected page. Video especially is very labor-intensive and time-consuming. This information will yield outstanding benefits to you, and help you to attain rapid progress in the program goals.

You have the opportunity to learn the system and progress much faster with the photos, videos, written analysis, and your own private password-protected page.

In addition, if you sign a Model Release, I will give you a 10% discount. This will allow me to include your case history to help others, including health care professionals, to learn more about this important work. The discount will be applied after completion of at least 4 sessions.

Track 2 is the same as Track 1, but with no photos, no video, no written analysis, and no private password-protected page. You will have to learn everything while you are in session. There is no opportunity to view photos or videos of the sessions.

Track 3 is for Medical Massage Therapy, by Physician’s Referral and Prescription Form only, billed to your insurance company. Time of each session: one hour.

GOALS. Attain and maintain Neutral Posture, Power of Performance, and Supreme Wellness.

  1. Make an appointment. Photo ID required at the time of appointment.

Make a choice between A or B.

A. New Client Consultation, 15 minutes. Cost: Free.

OR

B. Client Intake, 30 minutes. Cost: $25.

New Client Consultation, Fill out forms: Client Intake and Record, Studio Policy and Waiver of Liability. New Client Interview after discussing the Client Intake and Record to determine the Treatment Plan. Finish filling out the Client Intake and Record and agree on the Treatment Plan in writing.

Payment is due upon arrival, or pay in advance.

List of Forms: Client Intake and Record, Studio Policy, and Waiver of Liability. Optional: Model Release Form (Track 1). For Insurance billing: Bring your insurance information if you are planning to have me bill your insurance, and also bring your Physician’s Referral and Prescription form signed by your doctor (Track 1, 2, 3).

  1. Continue, or not continue. You may be referred out to another health care professional, or set the next appointment time. The Treatment Plan will be completed, and agreed to in writing. Start on Track 1, Track 2, or Track 3. If you want Focused Massage Therapy only, please see Track 2, or Track 3. You can skip Focused Massage Therapy in Track 1, Track 2, and Track 3.
  1. Track 1. Time of each session: 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, 2.5 hours, 3 hours. Please note that Focused Massage Therapy is available only for a minimum session time of 90 minutes, and the Focused Massage Therapy time in each session will be from approximately 30 minutes to 90 minutes, in keeping with the program goals.

Number of sessions in initial Treatment Plan: 4, 5, 6.

Cost per session: 60 minutes: $170. 75 minutes: $210. 90 minutes: $250. 2 hours: $340. 2.5 hours: $430. 3 hours: $510. Cost for 4, 5, and 6 sessions: $680 to $3,060, depending on length of session and number of sessions.

6 Sessions are highly recommended. A minimum session time of at least 2 hours per session is highly recommended. 6 Sessions at 2 hours per session total cost: $2,040.

Frequency of sessions. Recommended at least once per week. Sessions can be scheduled every day, depending on availability in schedule. Homework will be given.

Present Moment Program: Posture Assessment, Posture Photos, Gait Analysis, Movement Analysis, Healing Light Kata instruction, Focused Massage Therapy. Private, password-protected page on my website to show progress in attaining goals of the Treatment Plan. All of the above will have a 10 percent discount applied if Model Release is signed, to permit publication of photos and videos of sessions for case studies. Save $68. – $306. Discount will be applied after completion of at least 4 sessions.

  1. Track 2. All of the above, with no photos, no video, no written analysis, no private password-protected page.

Time of each session is the same as above. Number of sessions in initial Treatment Plan: 4, 5, 6. Cost per session: 60 minutes: $85. 75 minutes: $105. 90 minutes: $125. 2 hours: $170. 2.5 hours: $215. 3 hours: $255. Cost for 4, 5, and 6 sessions: $340 to $1,530, depending on length of session and number of sessions.

  1. Please read and sign the Studio Policy, which includes the following important information. Contagious diseases/conditions. If you are ill with a contagious disease, your session will not be scheduled until your disease/condition has been resolved.

Reservation Policy: Payment is due at the time of the reservation, or upon arrival. Please be on time. Everyone’s time is important. 24 hour notice is required to change appointment time, unless you are having an emergency. Missed appointments will be charged at full rate. If you are late for your appointment, we will still have to end the session at the allotted time. Refund Policy: Refunds will be given for all unused sessions, with at least 24 hour notice.

I have to be very quick here, because it is likely that I have already lost your attention, at 8 seconds!

The average attention span in 2015: 8.25 seconds

The average attention span in 2000: 12 seconds

The average attention span of a goldfish: 9 seconds

People may not understand everything that you do, and may not even grasp the essence of what you do because your message is reduced to a very short summary in a ‘tag line’.

These days, people’s attention spans are shorter than they have ever been, and there is more irrelevant noise competing for that too-brief attention span.

It is interesting to see that the average attention span of a human being in 2015 is less than the average attention span of a goldfish, where humans were ahead of a goldfish by three seconds in 2000.

My Present Moment Course is a method of attaining the present moment. Accurate perception leads to accurate memory. It is a state of being, and it is your natural state.

Concepts. Awareness, Alignment, Balance, and Movement, leading to Power of Performance, Supreme Wellness.

In this way, you are able to tune into your own body, find the true cause of imbalances and dysfunction, and see the path to guide a proper course to homeostasis, Supreme Wellness, and Power of Performance.

The primary focus in my clinic is to help you to relieve pain, relax, focus, and find your power. If you are experiencing pain, stress, feeling tired, not sleeping well, these and other symptoms may be caused by a problem with your posture. I have developed my own system to help you achieve neutral posture.

That requires paying attention to what your body is telling you, and also what is happening in the environment you are living in.

Gravity is an essential power in that environment, affecting everything that you do.

Many people needlessly suffer pain and dysfunction from a lack of awareness of neutral posture, and people also suffer from events that happen to the body when they are in static positions too long away from neutral posture.

Injuries can also cause imbalances.

Alignment with classic neutral posture can improve balance, freedom of movement, relief from pain, and you can be handling gravity as your body is designed to handle it.
